Prioritize insights from our customers, US ranchers and the market to inform campaigns, social media presence, and tailored content that resonates with our target audience. Work closely with our global teams to align on messaging and brand strategies while creating content across multiple channels and establish Halter as a virtual fencing leader.
  • Event planning & vendor engagement: Plan, organize and manage key industry events, from large conferences to customer-focused field days on ranches. Build and strong ties with ranchers, industry partners, and stakeholders to increase brand visibility, tell the Halter story and generate leads. Host events at customer farms to showcase success stories and meet prospective customers.
  • Digital marketing optimization & content creation: Manage our marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEMrush to create, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns. Bring an analytical mindset to continuously track metrics and improve performance. Build strong content across our social media channels, newsletters, email campaigns and website.
  • Customer engagement: Visit ranches to connect directly with our customers, gather insights, and create authentic, valuable and relatable content. Gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges our customers face to inform messaging.
  • Collaborating: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and global marketing teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns. Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment, embracing new ideas and continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of our customers and industry.

Who we’re looking for
  • Marketing acumen: You bring 3-5 years of experience in events and marketing. You’re willing to dive into any marketing initiative, with a deep understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEMrush.
  • Detail-oriented event manager: You have proven your ability to organize and execute successful events, and excel at building rapport with customers, partners, vendors and internal teams. You take pride in creating successful experiences with close attention to detail with flawless execution. Your work ethic is unmatched and you are highly resourceful at getting the job done efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactive & results-driven: You are a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize tasks based on overall team goals.
  • Team-oriented: You are a true team player who thrives in a collaborative, humble, and accountable environment. You’re eager to learn and grow alongside your colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team as a whole. Your ability to adapt and stay agile in a fast-moving environment makes you a key contributor to the success of the broader team.
