We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our executive team and lead our growing sales organization. The asset tracking and IoT space represents a massive market opportunity, with the global IoT in the construction market alone expected to reach $34.5 billion by 2027. Our solutions serve diverse industries including construction, retail, manufacturing, field services, equipment rental, logistics, and utilities – sectors that together represent over 35% of global GDP.

Our Mission:


We're looking for a strategic sales leader who can help us capture this tremendous market opportunity while maintaining our commitment to customer success and technical excellence. This role offers the chance to shape the future of physical operations and define how entire industries modernize their approach to asset management.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead and expand our small but growing sales team (comprising Account Executives, SDRs, BDRs, and Partnership Management) while driving our revenue growth strategy. You'll be responsible for achieving our ARR targets through mid-market and enterprise sales, managing our outbound-focused motion, and developing our partnership ecosystem.

8-10 years of B2B sales experience

  • 3-5 years leading mid-market/enterprise sales teams
  • Track record of success with $15K-$1M+ ACV deals
  • Strong history of successful outbound sales motion management
  • Experience selling solutions that combine hardware and software components
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing sales professionals
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel for customer visits and trade shows

This is a remote position with travel required for customer visits, team meetings, and trade shows.

The base salary range is $188K-$220K based on geography & experience, with an OTE of $360K.
