We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our executive team and lead our growing sales organization. The asset tracking and IoT space represents a massive market opportunity, with the global IoT in the construction market alone expected to reach $34.5 billion by 2027. Our solutions serve diverse industries including construction, retail, manufacturing, field services, equipment rental, logistics, and utilities – sectors that together represent over 35% of global GDP.

We're looking for a strategic sales leader who can help us capture this tremendous market opportunity while maintaining our commitment to customer success and technical excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead and expand our small but growing sales team (comprising Account Executives, SDRs, BDRs, and Partnership Management) while driving our revenue growth strategy. You'll be responsible for achieving our ARR targets through mid-market and enterprise sales, managing our outbound-focused motion, and developing our partnership ecosystem.

The base salary range is $188K-$220K based on geography & experience, with an OTE of $360K.
