Our AI workers connect to any system or data source to handle phone calls, email, messages…

We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

About The Role


As Head of Deployment, you’ll lead our team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), who work hand-in-hand with our customers to implement, configure, and iterate on AI agent deployments

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale the FDE team: coach and support a high-performing team of customer-facing engineers.

  • Own the deployment lifecycle: from onboarding new customers to iterating post-launch based on real-world feedback.

  • Ensure excellence in execution: define and standardize best practices in deployment, implementation, and technical customer onboarding.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

  • Drive customer success through hands-on involvement with key accounts and high-stakes deployments.

  • Build systems and playbooks to scale deployments efficiently as we grow.

  • Prioritize velocity while maintaining quality — our customers expect fast, reliable implementation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical deployment, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.

  • Experience leading technical teams, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Strong technical fluency (APIs, integrations, scripting, debugging).

  • Experience working with AI, automation, or voice technology is a big plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving.

  • Passion for delivering high-quality experiences to customers.
