o Feasibility studies/project cost estimate
o Value engineering
o Code Review
o Project specifications
Requirements:
o Plumbing Codes and Uniform Plumbing Codes
o NFPA 54; National Fuel Gas Code
o Relevant building codes, sustainability, green building rating systems, industry standards
o LEED compliance documentation
o Plumbing design/calculation resources
o Revit and AutoCAD
Salary is commensurate with experience.
