We are seeking a senior ML Engineer/Research Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of our machine learning models, with a focus on 3DVAE and video diffusion models and data processing. This role requires a combination of research acumen and engineering prowess, emphasizing data handling and model optimization.
Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, focusing on 3DVAE and video diffusion models, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.
Handle data preparation and preprocessing for model training, managing large video and 3D datasets effectively.
Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements, aligning with research goals.
Collaborate with the research team to translate research findings into practical applications, bridging the gap between theory and implementation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven ML.
Several years of experience in developing and deploying ML models, particularly in video generation or related areas.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks, essential for model implementation.
Experience with generative models, particularly VAEs and diffusion models, aligning with company technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, given the need to mentor and collaborate.
A track record of successful ML projects is a plus, reflecting practical impact.
This senior role balances research and engineering, with a focus on data handling, ensuring experienced leadership in model development.
