HER is the world’s largest sapphic dating app. We’re building the only dating app that thrives outside of the comp het world, exclusively focused on the desires and goals of sapphics. THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team as a contractor fueling growth for the Mexican market. Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for expanding our user base in Mexico through strategic growth initiatives. will design, execute, and optimize campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring brand alignment while driving measurable user acquisition and engagement. This role is perfect for a data-driven, creative thinker who thrives on scaling businesses and creating impactful marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy and Campaign Execution
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement and retention in the Mexico market.
Launch innovative multi-channel campaigns, including performance marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and community activations.
Manage the deployment of efficient spend across channels including Meta, TikTok, and/or app stores
Analyze campaign performance and user data to refine strategies, optimize spend, and improve ROI.
Market Expansion and Localization
Tailor marketing initiatives to resonate with the Mexican market, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
Partner with internal and external teams to localize creative assets, messaging, and user experience.
Brand Development and Awareness
Enhance brand visibility by creating compelling campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organizations.
Lead creative ideation and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
EXPERIENCE
4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within consumer tech, mobile apps, or digital platforms.
Proven track record of scaling user bases through paid and organic marketing strategies.
Deep understanding of the Mexican market, including local culture, media landscape, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in managing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit and managing influencers.
Experience with engagement platforms like OneSignal or Braze
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach and the ability to execute autonomously.
