In this role you will….
  • Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for inputs, outputs, and intermediates.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures the compliant storage of all items in an operational manner.
  • Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems.
  • Assist in ongoing loss prevention processes.
  • Audit the physical inventory to ensure that the digital inventory aligns precisely.
  • Handle receiving inventory in METRC and POS
  • Maintain inventory and inventory stocking physically and digitally.
  • Maintain accurate records including audits and manifests.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the movement of inventory within the store.
  • Organize and fulfill customer online orders in an organized and timely manner.
  • Process cash transactions for online and curbside orders, and provide accurate change.
  • Process packaging of product, labeling of product, organizing inventory, and maintaining compliance with company and state regulations.
  • Work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure all inventory data is accurate.
  • Audit the physical inventory to ensure that the virtual inventory aligns precisely.
  • Must be exceptionally well organized to handle large amounts of inventory data, analysis and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with new cannabis products/services and industry standards.
  • Maintain logs and spreadsheets to track inventory concerns and issues.


Job requirements, skills and experience you have:
  • Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist, Budtender, Sales Associate or similar role in the cannabis industry required
  • METRC experience, highly preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail while multitasking.
  • Solution oriented and exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Can work fast and be flexible; our industry is always changing.
  • Understanding of the inventory and retail sales process.
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency using Email, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with customers and fellow employees.
  • Ability and willingness to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.
  • This is a dynamic position, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment.
  • Regularly required to stand/walk for the entire shift.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Regularly walk up and down stairs.
