A day in the life of a Marketing Intern

In this role, you will contribute to the marketing department through drafting content and campaigns across web, social media, print, and email. This will include designing graphics for online and print use, developing copy, creating social media posts, and capturing analytics. The position may also support the production of podcasts and videos.


This job is for you if you:


Are a college student currently enrolled in a Bachelors program for marketing, digital media, communications, or related field who is looking for real-world experience in corporate marketing operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

·         Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·         Canva or Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

·         Social media: Facebook, Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube

·         Survey Monkey (preferred)

·         Google Analytics (preferred)


What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):
  • The student must be a regular, full-time college student and be registered and eligible to participate in the cooperative education or internship program of the applicable university or college.
  • To be considered for co-op or internship employment, a student must have completed a minimum of four semesters or two years of study and be pursuing a degree in an applicable course of study relevant to contract and acquisition management, law, or supply chain management.
  • It is required that participating students be citizens of the United States prior to entering the program.
  • While participating in any Hexagon US Federal co-op/intern employment, it is preferred a student maintain an overall 3.0 grade point average or better
