Job Description: Our client is looking for a strong Digital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, as well as ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital marketing and technology, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.About the Role: This role operates in an Agile environment, collaborating with various teams to manage and execute digital projects. The successful candidate will oversee project backlogs, facilitate regular meetings, and ensure smooth sprint iterations, all within the Workfront framework.General Information:• Status: part-time (15- 20 hours per week)• Location: Fully remote• Contract Type: 1 year• Pay: W2 contract $33- $37/hrKey Responsibilities:• Coordinate the launch of different digital projects.• Participate in weekly Sprint meetings and monitor project timelines.• Produce recaps of each sprint, including screenshots and summaries of achievements.• Gather and organize before-and-after screenshots from colleagues, compiling them into comprehensive PowerPoint presentations.• Manage content aspects of the projects.• Bring unique expertise and flair to the projects.• Participate in weekly sprint meetings.• Maintain and manage product backlogs effectively.• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings.• Keep the team engaged and motivated to meet project deliverables.Requirements:• 3-5 years of experience in digital project management.• Ability to effectively lead and engage in project efforts.• Proficiency in using project management tools like Workfront and AdHawk.• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies• Demonstrated ability to keep a team engaged and motivated.
