Field Marketing & Events Coordinator

About the Role


To be eligible for this position, you must be a permanent resident in one of the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, IA, KY, MN, MO, NV, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, or WA.


The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of the field marketing team with central coordination and data collection. Success will be measured by the smooth and efficient management of high-volume event schedules and lead data. 


What You’ll Do
  • Support the field marketing team by maintaining a centralized schedule of local events happening around the country
  • Maintain a centralized list of contacts for associations and venues
  • Travel 5-6 times/year to support key tradeshows
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed for events.
  • Create eventbrite pages for event RSVPs. Work with the email marketing team and other external teams to send event invitations, the design team to create event collateral, and the sales operations team to ensure customer leads are captured and entered into a central database.


At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • 1 year of work experience 
  • Experience working with basic spreadsheets and data
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools like BigMarker, Eventbrite and NetSuite to help you do your job
  • Organized and process-oriented approach to your work
  • Consistently positive attitude, with a calm problem-solving approach to challenges 
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or evenings to support trade shows


Ideally, You'll Also Have
  • Experience with event planning & execution

This role has a base pay rate of $24.00 - $26.44 per hour. We also offer competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Houzz.
