Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire Junior Performance Marketing pour atteindre nos ambitions et rejoindre notre équipe !

Tu seras rattaché·e à notre Performance Marketing Manager en charge du CRM, Growth et Ops Marketing. En collaboration avec tous les membres de l’équipe Marketing ainsi que les autres départements (Sales, Relations écoles, Data,…) tu seras en charge de participer à la réalisation et coordination de nos campagnes à destination de notre cible B2B : les RH et recruteurs des entreprises.

Ton rôle au quotidien

Véritable pivot au sein du département Performance, tu auras des missions sur l’ensemble de nos canaux de distribution CRM, Paid social, SEA, SEO et Website:

CRM

  • Mise en oeuvre du plan de communication B2B sur nos 2 cibles prospects et clients : tu seras amené à envoyer des newsletters éditoriales mensuelles, des invitations à nos webinars, et à distribuer nos études.
  • Set-up des campagnes emailings de A à Z : tu travailleras sur la conception de templates d'e-mails, la configuration du tracking (élément clé pour évaluer l'impact business de nos actions), les ciblages des campagnes, et paramétrage des envois dans l’outil CRM B2B (Pardot Salesforce).
  • Reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel pour analyser les KPIs : Tu analyseras les taux d’ouverture, taux de clics, taux de désinscription mais surtout le taux de transformation sur nos cibles pour évaluer l’impact business. Tu en déduiras des pistes d’optimisations à mettre en place.

Growth Marketing: Paid Social, SEA, SEO

  • Pilotage des campagnes d’acquisition payantes : Mise en place opérationnelle des campagnes LinkedIn Ads et Youtube Ads. Coordination avec l’agence SEA pour les campagnes Google Ads et Bing.
  • Suivi et optimisation de la performance de notre lead generation : Production de reporting mensuels et d’analyses ponctuelles dans un but permanent d’optimisation de notre impact business.
  • Optimisation continue de notre référencement naturel : tu suivras de près nos positions organiques sur les moteurs de recherche et piloteras la production de contenu SEO. Tu t’assureras de booster la visibilité de notre site web en identifiant les best practices SEO et en proposant des optimisations permanentes.

Website

  • Gestion du contenu de notre site : Tu coordonneras la mise à jour des nouveaux contenus du site (CMS “Kontent”)
  • Coordination et set-up des Landing Pages (pages web permettant de diffuser nos contenus associés à une campagne marketing afin de convertir les visiteurs en prospects): création des formulaires, vérification du tracking.
  • Analyse des performances : Tu partageras les résultats de nos campagnes et des recommendations d’optimisation possibles.
  • Veille stratégique : Tu effectueras une veille et un benchmarking continu sur les évolutions des nouveaux outils, des formats et contenus créa pour optimiser nos process.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Tu es dans un cursus Master en Communication, Marketing, e-Business et/ou Digital

  • Tu as des facilités rédactionnelles et une forte appétence pour les chiffres : tu n’as pas peur de mettre les mains dans GGsheet/ Excel pour interpréter nos résultats et tirer des conclusions.

  • Tu as un esprit analytique : tu sais interpréter des KPIs pour tirer des conclusions pertinentes.

  • L'autonomie, la rigueur et l'organisation sont tes alliées au quotidien : tu seras amené à gérer plusieurs campagnes et projets en parallèle.

  • Tu es curieux.se, proactif.ve, force de proposition et aime analyser les performances (toujours dans l’optique de chercher à progresser !).

  • Bonus : tu as déjà une connaissance du fonctionnement des plateformes publicitaires telles que Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn/Meta ads

  • PS : un niveau d'anglais courant est requis pour intégrer notre #InternationalTeam, l’allemand est un plus.

 

 

  • Durée : 6 mois minimum

  • À partir de janvier 2025

  • 1 jour de remote par semaine
