Location: Onsite in Franklin, TN

You’ll develop and execute a cutting-edge content strategy across social media and digital platforms, driving engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. Your work will shape how we connect with our community and inspire them to take action.

 

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Growth, you’ll lead the charge in developing, optimizing, and executing content strategies across all major social channels. This role is hands-on, requiring a mix of strategic vision, creativity, and content creation skills to help grow and strengthen the brand. You’ll work closely with internal creative teams, marketing strategists, and external partners to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with broader business goals. You will own the social media content calendar, oversee content production, and develop engaging campaigns that captivate and inspire our audience. As a key digital voice of the brand, you’ll ensure our storytelling remains fresh, dynamic, and responsive to cultural and industry trends.

 

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

●      Developing and executing a social-first content strategy that drives engagement and strengthens brand presence across platforms

●      Owning and managing the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and alignment with larger marketing goals

●      Creating compelling content—including social posts, short-form videos, captions, and graphics—that connects with and inspires our audience

●      Overseeing daily publishing and community engagement, ensuring we maintain an authentic, active, and responsive brand voice

●      Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing, cross-platform content, including campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations

●      Tracking and analyzing content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content strategies

●      Staying ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our brand remains innovative and relevant

●      Experimenting with emerging platforms and content formats to test new ways to engage and grow our audience

●      Leveraging AI and generative tools to streamline content workflows and enhance creative production

 

YOU MUST HAVE

●      10+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing

●      Proven experience managing and growing social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) for a brand or organization

●      Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen ability to craft engaging and persuasive content

●      A deep understanding of social media analytics, including engagement rates, impressions, audience insights, and A/B testing

●      Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms

●      A data-driven mindset, with the ability to balance creativity with performance insights

●      Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously

●      A proactive approach to trends and innovation, constantly seeking new ways to enhance brand storytelling

This is an exempt role with a range of $103,910 - $129,890 a year.
