This role will support the management of areas including our website, mobile app, registration tool, and more! We are looking for someone with strong technical problem-solving skills, an ability to manage effectively through ambiguity, and a passion for learning and championing complex SaaS tools. This role will also support the planning and implementation of new product launches and requires close cross-functional collaboration with other Global Events stakeholders to ensure milestones are executed with a high degree of satisfaction, on time, and on budget.
