Job Description

We are seeking someone ambitious, curious, and ready to dive into real-world challenges as a Commercial Strategy and Pricing Analyst at Curinos. In this role, you’ll help shape the way we present our products to clients by creating compelling, data-driven proposals and go-to-market strategies. Working closely with senior leaders across diverse areas – from digital banking to marketing and lending – you’ll dig deep into data to unlock and communicate the value of what we do. Your work will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by optimizing how we package, price, and position our products. This role is the perfect launchpad for those eager to fast-track their business acumen and make a meaningful impact from day one. Responsibilities will include:

  • Craft persuasive and strategic GTM narratives and collateral for sales and marketing campaigns and one-on-one conversations between our senior sales and business leaders with client executives and potential partners
  • Analyze multiple data sources to develop insights and findings that 1) generate fact-based support for the value of our products and services, and 2) help prioritize prospects through advanced modeling techniques
  • Combine detailed data analysis on client behavior with a strategic understanding of our competitive landscape to design effective pricing strategies
  • Bring a strong drive to learn our clients’ business strategies and data, building a deep knowledge base that supports impactful work
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, balancing long-term projects with quick-turn requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with several functional areas of the company and understand the perspective and priorities of each team

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, or similar business-oriented / quantitative fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Financial Services, Retail Banking, and/or Business Intelligence (experience in Retail or Commercial Deposits or Lending is a bonus) – though we are considering strong candidates about to graduate from a top-tier university

What We Look For:

  • Masterful storyteller: The most powerful person in the world is the storyteller. You are skilled in crafting narratives and visuals that captivate and inspire action, ensuring the messages resonate with your audience.
  • Analytically driven and meticulous: Your proficiency in Excel and SQL helps you sift through complex analytics to uncover “needle-in-the-haystack” insights.
  • Earn through effort: You dedicate yourself to every task, big or small, with each sustained effort laying the groundwork for larger responsibilities.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: Our business is rapidly evolving, and we want you to do the same. We invest in your growth with training, tools, and guidance – success comes to those willing to engage fully, learn continuously, and adapt proactively.
  • Relentless curiosity: You always ask the "why" with a dialectical approach – examining multiple perspectives and balancing opposing ideas to derive answers.
  • Organized and time-savvy: Exceptional at managing priorities and deadlines, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and effectively.

Compensation: This role offers a base salary of $67,500 - $70,000 (bonus eligible)
