Primary Accountabilities:
Analytical (50%)
● Develop and deliver data-driven client presentations focusing on program/solution benefits and
increased revenue growth.
● Continually identify new and innovative ways to leverage products and data to address marketing
challenges and client questions.
● Help develop sales positioning based on data insights, market trends and engagement metrics.
Leadership (20%)
● Serve as a measurement expert and consultant both internally at Inmar and externally to provide
thought leadership and guidance to our client partners.
● Train sales and other cross-functional teams in data analysis and measurement across Inmar solutions.
● Work with cross functional teams to help build upon, refine, and define, the future of Inmar’s digital go-to-market strategy and offerings.
● Involvement in hiring, on-boarding and training of new team members within the Advertiser Analytics team or greater Martech team.
● Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to provide internal benchmarks, expectations and sales/product positioning materials.
Strategic (30%)
● Provide thoughtful and strategic optimizations and recommendations to maximize client investment and
performance.
● Collaborate with manufacturer and retail partners on how to use data and insights to elevate partnership and performance.
● Serve as an advocate for the media and incentives value propositions among manufacturing community through the delivery of superior insights & analytics.

Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in business, advertising, marketing, analytics or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
● 5+ years of related experience with a background that includes supporting a sales organization with analytics and insights; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
● Proficiency in the use of Google products, Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and visualization tools such Tableau or Looker
● Extensive experience presenting to various levels of an organization and ability to effectively tailor communication to the appropriate audience.
