Channel Partnerships Lead

We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Lead with a background in the benefits broker, insurance/reinsurance or Third Party Administrator (TPA) space, to join and lead our channel partnerships team.

In this regional role, you will own and drive new partnerships with distributors (including but not limited to brokers, insurance, TPAs), as well as nurture existing partnership relationships for our sales team to cultivate and close deals. You should have experience in business development to negotiate and drive partnership terms, craft proposals, build rapport with partners, and design mental health initiatives and programs that our partners can take on. You will also lead in creating and executing innovative businesses with our partners that can distribute Intellect further. Specifically, a key focus of the role would be to own the collaboration and productization process with our insurance partners.

Beyond Singapore, you will also oversee identified emerging markets. You will support the business development representatives in those markets by providing channel partnership support to drive revenue growth and distribution.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships and Solutions, and work closely with the leadership team in this position, with immense opportunity to lead and build our commercial partnerships team.
