Business Development Manager (DID)

Intergo Telecom Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our Dedicated DID (Direct Inward Dialing) Department. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our DID services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the telecommunications market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our DID services through market research and prospecting.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored DID solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of services and promotional efforts.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on DID services preferred.
  • Strong understanding of DID services, VoIP technologies, and telecommunications market dynamics.
