We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team! This role involves leading and managing complex projects with a high level of responsibility for delivering on time, within budget, and to the expected standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document project goals, deliverables, tasks, budget, and timelines.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
Effectively allocate tasks and resources based on team members' skills and project needs.
Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
Foster collaboration among team members, addressing conflicts as needed.
Track progress against milestones and ensure timely project delivery.
Manage scope changes, timelines, or resource shifts with agility.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Resolve any project issues or roadblocks that may arise.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained for compliance and future reference.
Conduct project reviews, finalize documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved.

Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
Nice to have - Project Management Certification: Expertise in implementing PRINCE2 or similar methodologies, with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery will be a plus.
Communication Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
