ITW Pro Brands has 3 manufacturing facilities (Olathe, KS, Tucker, GA and DeWitt, IA) and a formulation lab in Carol Stream, IL and employs 250+ individuals.
Summary:
The divisional manufacturing engineer will be responsible for development and oversight of division-wide equipment PM programs that include PSM covered process mechanical integrity programs. They will work hand-in-hand with each facility maintenance team to ensure PM programs are sufficient, carried out on time and correctly, and that equipment uptime is monitored and maintained to deliver to customer requirements.
The role will also be responsible for the division-wide CAPEX program, specifying equipment hand-in-hand with each facility operations team, working with the site teams to oversee quoting, installation, start up and maintenance program design.
Additionally, the divisional manufacturing engineer will work with Operations Director to become specialized in the ITW 80/20 methodology and suite of ITW Toolbox tools to better support the drive to process excellence at each manufacturing facility.

As a pivotal player in our manufacturing division, you will find yourself diving deep into developing and overseeing division-wide equipment preventive maintenance programs. You will manage capital expenditure projects, overseeing specifications in conjunction with the operations teams, guiding them from quoting to installation and beyond. Additionally, you'll leverage your expertise in ITW's 80/20 methodology to enhance process excellence across our manufacturing facilities. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a BS in engineering and a track record of at least five years in industrial manufacturing.
