We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Digital Marketing to join the Madewell brand. In this role, you will oversee the strategic direction of our digital marketing touchpoints that include Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Paid Social, Paid Seach and Affiliate. You will own and deliver a comprehensive retention strategy across all touchpoints of the customer lifecycle and define segmentation and personalization practices and build out highly personalized campaigns. In performance marketing, you will own the channel strategy and develop a testing roadmap to understand the most incremental ways of allocating performance marketing budgets leveraging multiple data sources to make business decisions. You will develop relationships with internal and external partners and agencies and ensure they have clear direction in the strategy for the business.

Salary Range: $183,100.00 - $238,000.00At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
