Flight Instructor

As a Flight Instructor, your primary responsibilities will include conducting flight training using a virtual procedures trainer and a full flight simulator, offering ground training sessions, and ensuring the technical accuracy of training materials. You’ll be pivotal in guiding students through aircraft systems knowledge, including normal, abnormal, and emergency operations, as well as making recommendations for program enhancements.

To qualify for the Flight Instructor position, you need a minimum of 5 years in the aviation industry and at least 2 years as a pilot for a Part 121 air carrier. Additionally, you must possess an ATP certificate with an ERJ170/190 Type Rating. A Bachelor's degree focused on aviation is preferred, or equivalent training/experience. Strong knowledge of Crew Resource Management (CRM) is also essential.

The Flight Instructor position offers a competitive pay range of $55 to $75 per hour, which is client-specific for the advertised opening. Compensation details will be further shared during the hiring process.
