Job Description

Reporting to our Managing Director in Northern Europe, you'll create impact within our Client Management Team. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology, setting us apart in the industry.

You'll use your expertise to guide client success and foster lasting relationships with some of our biggest European clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead key client accounts, being a trusted advisor and expanding our network within client organisations.
  • Be responsible for the accurate media budget management (planning, pacing and changes).
  • Oversee the invoicing process.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear insights and recommendations to the client.
  • Coordinate our team of international Paid Media specialists, promoting structured and organised workflows.
  • Guide the current client portfolio, supporting growth activities through documented Account Growth Plans, and collaborate with department leads to pursue new opportunities.
  • Monitor client health indicators such as Net Profit Contribution (NPC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), taking proactive actions to improve these metrics.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a senior client-facing role, with understanding of Paid Media.
  • Familiarity with the media cycle.
  • You can manage an account structure with multiple work streams and use project management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating teams to achieve shared goals.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
