One of our companies is currently looking for a Content Designer in Canada, Mexico, or the United States.

In this fully remote role, you’ll help shape the future of digital product experiences by crafting user-centered content across a next-generation web design and development platform. Collaborating closely with design, product, engineering, and insights teams, you’ll build clear and compelling content strategies that guide users and elevate the overall user experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and language, understands technical audiences, and is excited to help evolve content design systems in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-first product content from ideation through execution.
• Create and maintain content strategies that enhance clarity, consistency, and usability across digital experiences.
• Design intuitive user journeys and craft content that supports informed decision-making.
• Contribute to and help evolve the internal content and design system.
• Lead content audits, develop frameworks, and define best practices to improve the content design discipline.
• Integrate generative AI tools into your editorial workflows for greater efficiency and creativity.

• 2–5 years of experience in product content design or UX writing.
• Background in content strategy for digital products, ideally within the creative tools, web development, or SaaS space.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills, with a clear understanding of tone, clarity, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with web design trends, W3C standards, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and data visualizations.
• Experience working in a content design practice and contributing to its growth.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance workflows.
