This position will collaborate with technical support for the integration of the company's supply chain and systems with the goal of delivering a seamless solution that will support efficiency.Essential Duties And Responsibilities• Apply advanced supply chain management knowledge to cost-reimbursable subcontracts.• Ensure compliance with Procurement & Supply Chain Management policies and procedures.• Lead the development and execution of a five-year strategic supply chain plan, including subcontracting, outsourcing, logistics, warehousing, and demand/supply planning.• Manage teams to meet cost, performance, and schedule goals.• Collaborate with Manufacturing leadership to align supplier strategies with new product development.• Oversee purchasing, material planning, shipping/receiving, and logistics to ensure timely, quality-driven product delivery.• Drive cost reduction, efficiency, and process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.• Design and enhance materials management processes using industry best practices.• Foster strong vendor/supplier partnerships to ensure consistent product delivery with optimized cost and quality metrics.• Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures across all regions.• Implement and manage performance systems using KPIs and monitoring tools.• Develop negotiation strategies to secure favorable supplier agreements.• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across business units.• Integrate structured product development practices into the supply chain function.• Resolve logistics and customer service challenges.• Manage carrier selection, qualification, compliance, and performance evaluations.• Negotiate transportation rates and services to enhance supply chain efficiency.• Assess financial impacts of logistics changes to optimize cost and efficiency.Education and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.• 10+ years in manufacturing supply planning, operations, sourcing, or related fields.• Expertise in demand and supply planning, including leadership of S&OP processes.• Proven experience in materials management, procurement agreements, and ERP system implementation.• Established relationships with global subcontract manufacturers and familiarity with their capabilities, pricing, and negotiation tactics.• Track record of deploying high-volume production with fast time-to-market requirements.• Experience in both large and small companies, particularly in dynamic manufacturing environments.• Proficient in process development, change management, and MRP tools.• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical decision-making abilities.• Ability to multitask in diverse and ambiguous environments.• Commitment to operational objectives and collaboration with regional leadership.• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and new information.• High integrity and adherence to ethical standards in decision-making and communication.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities• Self-starter and team player who thrives in entrepreneurial settings.• Advanced project management, facilitation, and collaboration skills.• Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and customer service abilities with senior-level presence.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative methods and techniques.• Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards is a plus.This position will oversee Planning, Procurement and all DC Warehouse/LogisticsInterested in hearing more?
