WinnCompanies is looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK.
In this role, you will assist and coordinate all requests from military families with the property management team, including move ins, move outs, inquiries, and community standards enforcement. You will also maintain curb appeal and coordinate community activities.

WinnCompanies is on the lookout for a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to join our fantastic military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK! In this engaging role, you’ll be the friendly face and supportive resource for military families as they navigate the ins and outs of their housing needs. You'll work closely with our property management team to coordinate move-in and move-out processes, respond to inquiries, and address any community standards that need enforcement. We believe in maintaining a welcoming environment, so you'll also be keeping an eye on curb appeal and helping organize community events that foster connection among residents. A typical day might involve conducting move-out assessments, answering resident questions, managing complaints, and ensuring the cleanliness of all common areas. With responsibilities that include home inspections, overseeing maintenance efforts, and even leading neighborhood tours, no two days will be the same! To thrive in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and a knack for organization. Ideally, you hold a high school diploma and have at least a year of relevant experience, but if you bring an Associate's degree in a business field or have property management knowledge, that’s a plus!
