*shopt are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Thame. In this role, you will take full ownership of our marketing and engagement strategy, focusing on driving the continual acquisition and engagement of new and existing users on the app. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, starting ASAP. Paying up to £47500 p/a (pro rata) plus benefits! 

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9 

Location can be flexible as we offer hybrid working 

As the brand guardian, you will ensure the consistency of *shopt's look and messaging, developing a strong brand toolkit to support our sales team and effectively articulate the *shopt proposition to existing and potential clients. Your work will be integral to achieving our growth targets, and you'll play a key role in ensuring our users remain at the heart of all our decision-making processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the Head of Strategy, Engagement, and Operations to set marketing objectives and design the annual marketing plan. 
  • Deliver measurable marketing initiatives aimed at achieving engagement and acquisition targets for users on the app. 
  • Develop a comprehensive communication plan to boost brand awareness and collaborate with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high visibility. 
  • Conduct research into user behaviour and sentiment, providing actionable feedback to inform product development and engagement plans. 
  • Manage annual marketing budgets, tracking costs and returns by campaign. 
  • Assist with the organization and management of events and external shows. 
  • Create collateral to support the growth of retail media.
