As the Global Head of HR Operations, you will be responsible for leading our global HR Operations functions, which include HR Information Systems, Data, Analytics & Compliance, People Services, and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of strategic, technical and leadership abilities and enjoy active partnerships with the business and fellow HR practitioners.
The ideal candidate will report to the Chief People Officer and be an excellent team leader with a collaborative, consultative and agile work style, exceptional communication skills, and proficient in HR systems, data & analytics and employee-facing operations. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
