HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new employees from start to finish ensuring all paperwork is complete.
  • Weekly payroll processing for multiple entities/administrative duties.
  • Benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • This position will ensure the payroll functions are in compliance with company policies and procedures, wage and hour laws, Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other applicable requirements.
  • Ensure legal compliance on HR-related issues including ADA, EEO, FMLA, and Cobra.
  • Manages unemployment insurance and workers compensation claims and records.
  • Manages all required data from EEO-1, OSHA, and other reports on an as needed basis. 
  • Process tax and liability payments and review monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings and employment verifications.
  • HR administration for all new and current employees.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements.
  • Maintains employee records and files. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or 5-7 years
  • Human Resources/Payroll experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 
  • Protects the organization’s value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
