This role includes managing the entire onboarding process for new employees while ensuring compliance with federal labor laws. You will also handle payroll processing and benefits administration, making sure everything runs smoothly for our hardworking team. Communication skills are essential, as you’ll be addressing HR-related issues, managing employee records, and processing tax and liability payments. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 5-7 years of relevant experience is key, along with a strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and a keen attention to detail.
