Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Marketing to enhance our brand and drive recruitment success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our corporate goals and elevate our position in the executive search industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure all campaigns are viable and cost-effective.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to create integrated marketing approaches.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Supervise the production of promotional materials, digital content, and social media initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, making data-informed decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the B2B space, preferably in the recruitment or professional services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
