Manager of Market Research

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Market Research to lead our efforts in understanding market dynamics and consumer preferences. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to guide business strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market research strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and inform business decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of market research analysts, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Prepare and present research findings to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in market research to ensure the team remains at the forefront of advancements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software and tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other research-related software.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team building and development.
