You will be spearheading our client's ambition to expand their presence across Europe, contributing to market research and analytics to uncover exciting growth opportunities. Building and nurturing strategic relationships with distributors and key accounts will be at the heart of your responsibilities, ensuring product adoption across various industry segments. As your leadership shines, you’ll develop collaborative strategies for distributor partnerships that drive success. With around 10-12 days of European travel each month, you can expect to engage with clients directly in diverse environments. Candidates should come with a strong foundation in chemistry and at least 10 years of proven success in chemical industry sales. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience managing multi-country sales territories are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, alongside English fluency (plus any additional European language), will set you apart. There's flexibility with remote work, a competitive compensation package between €100,000 and €150,000, and an annual performance bonus starting from year two.
