At Keywords Studios, we’re passionate about connecting storytelling, technology, and the entertainment industry, and right now, we’re on the lookout for a Regional Deployment Lead - Americas to join our impressive Digital People Experience (DPE) Program for a 3-month contract. In this role, you’ll take the lead in coordinating vital regional change activities to prepare us for the upcoming Workday go-live set for Q1. Your expertise will be essential in managing our stakeholders across the Americas, including studio and function heads, and our People & Culture teams. You’ll oversee our change network by facilitating monthly meetings, engaging local activities, and ensuring everyone is informed and connected throughout the process. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside other deployment leads in the UK&I & Europe and APAC to ensure our program runs smoothly. You’ll also be instrumental in executing and localizing the DPE training curriculum, scheduling sessions, developing materials, and gathering valuable feedback. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help you tackle ambiguity with ease and lead engaging meetings.
