This role reports up to the KLA Service and US Operations Business Unit. The Business Unit is focused on providing the best customer experience for IT Services! You will work with multiple teams both locally and globally in resolving problems and participating in local & global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide dedicated IT support to executives, ensuring their technology needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Event Management: Coordinate and manage IT support for corporate events, including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation.
Participate in corporate projects and become the liaison on behalf of IT for Ann Arbor office.
Additional Responsibilities:
Take ownership on the local site support, small datacenter with all network and security appliances and limited local servers
Report incidents and issues to central helpdesk and provide local assistance as needed and resolve SNOW requests & incidents
Technical Assistance: Offer technical assistance and training to executives and KLA users on various software and hardware.
System Maintenance: Maintain and update IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Assist with preventive maintenance and upgrades of AV systems and its components (both hardware and software).
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for event-related IT requirements and services. Oversee the repair and installation service with vendors.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and event setups.
Project Management: Assist in IT projects related to executive support and event management. Partner with other KLA functional teams, and multiple vendors in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of key AV platforms in conference rooms and large event spaces
Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of IS experience, or six (6) years equivalent experience In IT Support in a Professional environment
Strong knowledge of AV system and major events support
Expert knowledge PC, OS and Mobile devices
Understanding of Network, Security, ServiceNow
Documentation skills - End user instruction writing
Experience working with the C-Level users
