Sales Development Representatives

Additionally, Kognitos's conversational exception handling, powered by Generative AI, allows for quick and easy resolution of unexpected system errors or business exceptions.

Kognitos is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, building relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and grow within a rapidly evolving tech company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls).

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present Kognitos's value proposition.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

  • Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and Kognitos's product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the tech industry, particularly AI and machine learning.

  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data.

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products and services.
