Taking existing funnels from vacant territories and closing open offers to new agreement customers.
Calling customers from a list of target accounts provided by Sales and Operational Development Manager or developed by the vacant representative to further pursue new agreement.
Conduct frequent and regular follow up contact for all open sales cases. Assign any sales cases that require customer site visits to the designated sales resource.
Maintain customer and contact information in the CRM software, as required. Ensure strict compliance with all requirements of the Contract Retention policy.
Qualify all new prospects for credit worthiness. Check D&B ratings and obtain credit application, if appropriate. Obtain tax-exempt certificate, if required.
Maintain the sales funnel according to the established KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for Funnel Quality Reporting. Provide other reports to management as requested.
Primary activities include:
Calling customers
Adjusting sales offers
Acquiring necessary forms for customer set up
Maintaining CRM funnel quality
Prepare or assist in developing price estimates for agreement using established worksheets, guidelines, and input from the agreement specialist department.
Assist in other customer relations or collection efforts. It may be required to support in customer collection issues or other customer relationship management.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good PC skills.
Prior experience with cranes is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred however, prior equivalent experience and training will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in service-related sales preferred however equivalent education, experience and training will be considered.
Must have demonstrated leadership experience.
A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
Experience meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size
Other Requirements: Must be persistent with a high tolerance for rejection.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in meeting our sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with customers from a curated list provided by our Sales and Operational Development Manager, and you'll have the chance to close deals that establish new agreements. We value persistence and relationship-building, so maintaining regular contact with our open sales cases will be key, along with assigning visits to designated team members as needed. Being tech-savvy is important here; you’ll be using our CRM software to maintain customer information and ensure adherence to our Contract Retention policy. Additionally, you'll qualify prospects by checking their creditworthiness and handling various administrative tasks like developing price estimates.
