KPFF Consulting Engineers is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our structural engineering division in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate is ambitious, thoughtful, creative, and detail oriented. This role will be responsible for creating compelling content and engaging graphics, maintaining consistency across channels, and assisting in creation of marketing materials to drive our firm's qualification, proposal, pursuit, recruiting, and marketing initiatives. You will thrive in this job if you find joy in working with a close-knit team, understand the need for ongoing prioritization, appreciate the balance of autonomy and feedback, and want to develop meaningful creative work that supports the built environment. This is NOT a good fit if you need a lot of defined processes, prefer siloed work environments, or have difficulty managing multiple concurrent deadlines. This position provides marketing services to engineers whose clients are architects, developers, contractors and public agencies.
