Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense)

As a Litigation Attorney at Kubicki Draper, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. You will attend and chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings while negotiating settlements. Assisting with trial preparation and possibly attending trials is also part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

To be considered for the Litigation Attorney position at Kubicki Draper, candidates should have 2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience. A strong understanding of legal research, writing, and oral advocacy are essential. Applicants must also be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

While previous experience in insurance defense is an asset, it is not mandatory for the Litigation Attorney position at Kubicki Draper. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds in civil and commercial litigation.
