Senior Data Privacy and Legal Counsel

As a Senior Data Privacy and Legal Counsel, your primary responsibilities will include translating legal concepts into practical advice, serving as a subject matter expert on EU privacy and data protection issues, and drafting and negotiating contracts related to IT suppliers and intellectual property. You'll also conduct risk assessments for data privacy compliance, manage Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) for our products, and support the implementation of data subject rights management workflows in accordance with GDPR and relevant legislation.

To qualify for the Senior Data Privacy and Legal Counsel role at our company, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data privacy and IT law, preferably as a qualified lawyer. Experience in regulatory compliance fields such as IT security or IP law is highly valued. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in French and English, and an open mindset for collaboration in an international environment are essential.
