About the Role:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our demand generation initiatives, driving pipeline from visitor to opportunity. Your ability to wear many hats will be your strongest asset as you navigate a diverse range of responsibilities, including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across our marketing website, managing our Pay Per Click (PPC) agency, supporting our automated signal-based marketing campaigns and collaborating closely with our content marketing agency to improve our SEO strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the pipeline targets from selective demand generation channels like Paid Advertising and Organic Search.

  • Design, manage and scale Kustomer’s paid search program by leveraging a combination of channels and tactics to drive profitable pipeline for our sales team.

  • Accelerate our organic search traffic and lead generation to kustomer.com alongside our SEO contractors.

  • Work in tandem with our outbound marketing efforts to utilize paid social, SEM and display campaigns that reach our TAM, producing qualified pipeline

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall goals of the company. This includes working with sales, consultant solutions, and customer support to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Use data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and report on the success of growth initiatives, with a focus on generating qualified pipeline for the sales team

  • Work closely with multiple agencies and consultants to ensure marketing revenue objectives and goals are achieved with digital marketing

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment

  • Experience in B2B SaaS for the midmarket and enterprise space is required

  • Strong understanding of demand gen principles and best practices. This includes a deep understanding of the different marketing channels (PPC, Outbound, Email, CRO, SEO) how to reach the right audience, and how to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes the ability to write clear and concise marketing materials, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills. This includes the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to solve problems that may arise during the execution of marketing campaigns using new technologies.

  • Data analysis skills. This includes the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

  • Demonstrated experience in similar marketing tech-stack, including Hubspot, Clearbit, Apollo, Navattic, Salesforce, and Asana
