Position Summary:Join our team at KVC and be a pivotal part of our mission-driven recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in sourcing top talent to support us. Your responsibilities will include crafting job announcements, fostering relationships with colleges, and providing insightful analysis and reporting on our recruitment strategies.Location:• Olathe, KansasPay:• $40,000 to $45,000 per year• Salary commensurate with experience and educationSchedule:• Hybrid: 4 days a month in officeEducation:• Associates DegreeRequirements:• Valid driver’s license• Valid auto insurance• Must be at least 21 years oldExperience/Skills:• Strong customer service orientation• Excellent time management and communication skills• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skillsPreferred Experience &Education:• Two to three years of relevant work experience in human resources or related fields'• Undergraduate degree in a related fieldEssentialDuties:• Post openings for positions using various recruiting channels such as job boards and social media.• Coordinate and track college recruiting initiatives.• Assist in preparing and distributing recruiting reports to management.• Maintain records on recruiting resources.• Attend career and job fairs to seek out potential candidates.• Research and recommend new sources for recruiting.• Screen applicants to assess their suitability for positions.• Maintain applicant and interview data in our HCM system.• Collaborate with program staff to identify critical open positions and prioritize recruitment efforts.Join Us:Be part of a dynamic team!
