The L&D Program Manager and PE Facilitator will create, administer and (as needed) facilitate CX Academy programs and curriculum for all Gusties. This role will also empower a team of specialized facilitators who deliver role-based training to CX Gusties. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the development and continued maintenance of Gusto - wide curriculum covering content in the talent and leadership development space.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $100,000 - $115,000/year in Denver. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
