You might be the right candidate for this or other roles we have available!Join our Team!Job Highlights• Safe and efficient operations of the Alkyl Bromides area by completing, supporting, and participating in all assigned tasks• Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Production policies, procedures, SOPs, and regulations related to the area are followed• Monitor the process in the field and/or in control room to identify and report unusual and unsafe conditions• Ability to cross train on all operations within the area• Identify routine maintenance requirements• Perform minor maintenance to piping and equipment as needed• Participate in activities, meetings, and projects which will enhance plant safety, environmental, reliability, cost, and production performance• Operation of complex chemical processes utilizing defined standard operation procedures• Participate in continuous improvement projects as requiredRequirements• High School Diploma or equivalent• Ability to perform multiple functions simultaneously• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner• Ability to lift 50lbs• Must be a team player• Must be able to work twelve-hour rotating day/night shifts and overtime as required• Previous experience in operations is a plus• Mechanical aptitude (working with pipe wrenches and tools needed for plant activities and minor maintenance)• Experience in operating a forklift or ability to learn• Participation in plant safety and environmental programs• Demonstrate behavior consistent with site standards and coach others to do the same• Must maintain and continually improve the housekeeping standards of the areaWhat we offer you• Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program.• Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a variety of benefits to support your financial security, health and wellbeing including retirement plans, health programs, life insurance and medical care.• Work-Life & Flexibility: We support you in maintaining a balance between working hours and personal life.
