Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estimating, with a preference for experience in the construction industry. This role is critical in developing accurate and competitive project cost estimates to support our bidding process and ensure project profitability.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data for estimating.
  • Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Develop project budgets and proposals based on estimates.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project handovers.
  • Maintain historical cost data and support continuous improvement in estimating processes.
  • Assist in scheduling and phasing of projects based on estimated timelines and resources.
