As the Chief of Staff at Lattice, you'll play a crucial role in bridging many functions within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing our marketing initiatives, managing event programming for our conferences, tracking new investment opportunities, and assisting with operational processes. You’ll also be pivotal in maintaining communications with our investors and portfolio companies, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Lattice is looking for candidates with 5+ years of work experience, ideally with at least 2 years in the crypto industry. You'll need exceptional project management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to interact with founders and investors effectively. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset are essential to thrive in our dynamic environment. While knowledge of crypto assets is not a strict requirement, it would certainly enhance your candidacy.

In the Chief of Staff position at Lattice, you'll assist in formulating fundraising strategies, which include identifying potential investors, managing our conference calendar, and creating investor-focused content. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with our existing investors, handling ad-hoc reporting requests, and helping communicate our vision to attract new capital to our growing portfolio.
