We are looking for an outstanding team member to help us grow our floorplan business in the North Carolina region and work with our amazing dealership partners. As a Floorplan Sales Associate, you will use strong interpersonal skills and a proven sales aptitude to establish new dealership relationships. You will also be a leading support member to our floorplan operations team. With the guidance of the floorplan operations team you will educate, prospect, and support our dealership partners. Your work will help drive brand awareness and grow our dealership network.

Your mission will include getting out there and engaging with dealerships face-to-face, helping to meet growth objectives and performance targets. By brainstorming with our dedicated floorplan operations crew, you will be instrumental in launching programs that add value to our partners. Plus, your feedback will be essential for crafting dealership programs. If you have a knack for optimizing credit lines and supporting risk management efforts, you will fit right in! We’re especially interested in candidates who possess outstanding communication, organization skills, and a high level of integrity, as well as a genuine team spirit balanced with the initiative to work independently. Experience in auto lending or dealerships is a bonus, but your passion for building long-lasting partnerships is what will truly make you stand out.
