Customer Billing Team Leader (m/f/d)

Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the Customer Billing region org unit to meet defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify potential improvements in the area of responsibility, offer consulting, and contribute to service delivery enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and governance, and oversee process execution.
  • Lead direct reports within the area of responsibility.
  • Plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to all received requests.
  • Define team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities. Provide clear instructions, monitor, and evaluate results.
  • Identify training and development needs of direct reports, follow their professional development, and assist in applying newly acquired knowledge.
  • Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Financial field or related;
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer billing or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer billing processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English or German;
  • Communication skills, team work capabilities & willingness to work with in international teams
