To qualify for the Mental Health Clinician role at LifeStance, candidates must be fully licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California. LifeStance offers a highly competitive compensation package for the Mental Health Clinician role, ranging from $105,000 to $121,000. This includes uncapped earnings potential and a generous sign-on bonus, allowing you to earn significantly based on your expertise and contributions.
