Scrum Master

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Scrum Master for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the development team and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices. Remove any blockers that hinder squad progress, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making within the squads. 
  • Monitor and track progress, ensuring that squads are delivering on commitments and meeting sprint goals. 
  • Encourage the adoption of agile best practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing. 
  • Collaborate with squads to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, priorities, and requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree. 
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in applying agile principles and practices. 
  • Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) is desirable
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire teams. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on promoting collaboration and finding solutions.
