LinkedIn’s Consumer Experience team is responsible for the core feed experience—the front door to LinkedIn—for over 1 billion members. Our mission is to ensure members’ time on LinkedIn is consistently productive, informative, and well-spent.
We own both the architecture of the feed and the content ecosystem that powers it—including video, news, conversations, and more. Our work shapes how members discover, connect, and engage within LinkedIn. The work is complex, high-visibility, and a strategic priority for the company.
As a Senior Product Designer on the Feed team, you’ll define the next phase of LinkedIn’s evolution, crafting intuitive, member-focused experiences at scale. You’ll work on well-funded initiatives with strong executive backing, driving design-led innovation with autonomy. The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $201,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
