About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will craft compelling narratives for production AI Agents, develop strategic marketing plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive go-to-market success, product adoption and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and adoption among our target personas. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling product narratives and value propositions that resonate with our target personas, differentiating our offerings in the market. Ensure consistency across all channels and iterate based on feedback.
Content Development: Produce developer-focused marketing collateral, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages. Collaborate with Developer Relations to generate technical content such as webinars, guides, and community events.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate the value of our products. Develop sales decks, enablement materials, and training sessions tailored to technical audiences.
Demand Gen: Craft the demand gen strategy in collaboration with other sales and marketing leaders and drive the execution that predictably gets us to our pipeline goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology companies targeting enterprise developers.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a technical audience. Experience with AI technologies and developer tools is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of creating compelling marketing content.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing teams) and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Common Tools: Knowledge of tools like Hubspot, CommonRoom, Scarf etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain understanding of AI and AI agent use cases
Deep understanding of developer tools and developer pain points
Experience marketing developer products at fast growing B2B dev tool companies
Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment
Excellence in technical communication with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to balance competing priorities and execute in ambiguous environments
